The services each company receives depend on many factors:
- If the company is registered for VAT we have to process receipts and payments and submit a VAT return by the 14th. In this case, it is very important that the company submits the previous month’s documents by the 5th of the month so that we, as the accounting agency, can process the documentation. If the documents are submitted later, there is a risk that the VAT documents cannot be processed by the 14th, which will result in a serious fine from the NRA. It is very important to provide a complete set of documents. If possible, no gaps. This can result in penalties if we do not record an income on the VAT return. If you have a missing expense document, you may have to pay more VAT because you did not attach the relevant documents.
- After the 14th, we need to process the bank statements you have provided to us. This is necessary to be able to close customer receivables and payables to suppliers. Bank statements reflect social security and tax payments. If you deposit or withdraw from the bank this will be shown on your bank statement. This is your cash flow by bank transfer. These are documents that will be needed not only by us, but also by tax officials during an inspection.
