commercial companies, including branches of foreign companies, and cooperatives, local legal entities that are not traders, budget enterprises, consortia, companies under the PPA (PPA), funds and insurance funds, commercial representations, foreign legal entities carrying out commercial activities on the territory of the country are obliged to declare in the Commercial Register the GFO for the previous year by 30 September, except when they have not had commercial activities during the financial year and have submitted a declaration of no activity.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-5dee438 elementor-section-content-middle elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"5dee438\" are:<br \/>for responsible officials -\u2013 <b>\u043e\u0442 500 \u0434\u043e 2000 BGN;<\/b><br \/>for the legal entity or sole trader \u2013<b> \u043e\u0442 500 \u0434\u043e 3000 BGN.<\/b><br \/>For a repeat offence the penalty shall be double.<\/p>\n<p>The penalties under the Commercial Register Act (CRA) are as follows:<br \/>for the officials responsible \u2013 <b>\u043e\u0442 100 \u0434\u043e 500 BGN;<\/b><br \/>for the legal entity or sole trader &#8211; <b>from 500 to 1000 BGN.<\/p>\n<p>Fines and penalties may be imposed separately.<br \/><\/b><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fines
